GD215 Medical tape slitting machine Purpose:
Apply to slitting all kinds of adhesive medical tape with/without sawtooth, such as non-woven tape, fabric tape, PE perforated tape , silk tape, zinc-oxide tape etc.
 
Medical tape slitting machine/surgical tape slitting machine/zinc oxide tape making machine/medical tape slitter and rewinder feature: 

1. Two kinds of slitting system, razor blade cutting system and air blade cutting system
2. Release film jumbo roll peeling off system, so this machine can slit tape jumbo roll of one layer model as well as two layer raw materials .
3. Tension control systems can be auto or manual .
4. Except for slitting medical tape, it can slit 3’’ bopp tape or masking tape too .
 
Option parts :

1. Noise cover, which is used to make lower noise during slitting, decible number is about 90 when equipped with noise cover .
2. Automatic jumbo roll loading lifter, in order to save labour costing.
