1. Main driving system: AC motor with inverter are being used. The acceleration and the deceleration are fast and steady.2. Operating panel: all functions are operated on the LCD touch panel. you can set all kinds of cutting and running condition .
3. Central control unit: programmable central control is used , 20 sizes can be set on the same shaft for automatic transfer and cutting.
4. Cutting positioning system: cutting positioning is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor. it is accurate and steady . The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the cutter seat.
5. Blade feeding positioning system: blade feeding is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor, and the cutting speed is adjustable in three stages. Improved efficiency and quality guaranteed.
6. Auto angle adjustment of circular blade: Mitsubishi servo motor is used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle changing depend on different materials (the angle change range is ±8°). The cutting angle can be changed directly when the cutting surface is not smooth so you do not need change the blade, so that it will be efficient .
7. Quick shaft change system: three kinds of shafts are available . quick change of shafts are suitable for different material diameter, such as 38mm, 50mm or 76mm shaft.
Optional Parts:
1. Different diameter of cutting shaft: 38mm, 50mm or 76mm.
2. Cutting support: For supporting log roll when cutting core below 38mm.
