Adhesive tape rewinding machine application: applicable to rewinding of adhesive tape used for industry, electronic and packing field.
 
Double shafts Tape rewinder/ super clear bopp tape rewinding machine/adhesive tape rewinder feature: 

1. Two-section length setting, accurate winding length: it stops automatically with inverter control when the setting length reaches.
2. High-performance programmable controller making overall rewinding operation quite easy. Length counting and tension control are via LED touch screen.
3. Pneumatic paper tube securing design, with robust paper tube easy and quick for loading and unloading, promoting efficiency to the most.
4. Automatic tailing paper smoothing device to eliminate wrinkling or air bubbles after rewinding, ensuring the rewound products neat and smooth.
5. Hydraulic loading mechanism(optional) ensuring loading operations easily
6. Pressure roller controlled with cylinder, with pressure adjustable, the semi-finished products are pressed properly to ensure smooth and steady rewinding of semi-finished products
7. Automatic label posting(optional)
 
Optional parts :

1. Noise cover to reduce noise, with noise cover, decibel no. is around 90.
2. Automatic label posting device: labour saving and fast label posting .
3. Automatic jumbo roll loading device: this device can loads jumbo roll easily onto unwinding shaft with help of hydraulic lifter .
4. Automatic tape cutting device: after tape rewinding into required length, round cutting blade can slit bopp tape edge automatically, cutting edge is the same as label posting part.
